The hotel is situated in the prime commercial area of Pudong's Jinqiao Export Processing Zone which is only 20 minutes' drive away from Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, 10 minutes from Shanghai New International Expo Centre, 5 minutes from Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park and 30 minutes from Pudong International Airport.

Facility

The hotel has 380 rooms, which are located on 28 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities.     this is 4 star beautiful hotel. we stayed for three nights.the hotel offers good outside view. the rooms are clean. good service. good breakfast serving Asian and Chinese food.like every where in china food is served early.

    I stayed here 5 nights for a business trip.The Regal Jinfeng is a very good local 4 star business hotel.It fulfills all the requirements I have very well.+ The room is very clean+ The room service is good+ Reception speaks English well+ Reception is dedicated+ Broad breakfast offer incl. Eurpean breakfast+ Good fitness gym+ Free shuttle service to some of the companies in the vicinity+ Modern bathroom

    Hotel is ideally suited for our business. Rooms are spacious and tidy. TV was disappointing. Bad quality image and sound and as expected limited English world news. There are restaurants around the hotel and a Starbucks across the street. Good breakfast.

    Roomy, clean and great for our stay. Only 25-30 minutes from the inner city. Free breakfast was great and best after all Chinese tourist have left. Best to have translator app on your phone to talk with staff. Would recommend a stay here and plan for a comfortable stay.

    The rooms here are fine, facilities are fine, there is a small gymnasium which is good, and the international breakfast is good, but arriving at 11.30pm with no room service (finishes at 10.30pm) after a long flight isn't a good start. Any food around ? We're pointed at a convenience store across the street, which is also closed. Also, there's no dispensing machine where one could buy food. So right from the get-go we're on the back foot, we're hungry and tired, and there's nothing to eat. After that I was neever going to enjoy this hotel because in my view it's not my fault for bringing food, any hotel should be able to provide food.
