    Centrally Located Hotel for Families

    Excellent hotel for families with lovely staff. The location is very central and you are walking distance to Xintiandi and all its bars, restaurants, and malls. Subway and bus are close. I loved having washer and dryer in the room along with a small kitchenette. The lounge is also a great place to get some work done. Only downsides are: facilities are somewhat dated, though everything works fine, and breakfast is a bit lackluster. I see complaints about the Internet speed but I was able to do some remote video calls without issue. Overall, very good value.

    We booked a 5 night stay in Riverdale Residence to explore Shanghai. As we flew in to Hongqiao airport, it was easy to get there. The property had given us detailed info on what train to take, where to get off and exact directions how to walk there.Check in was easy and went to our room on the 17th floor. The room had a huge bed and enough seating area and came with a kitchette and there was a washer/dryer in the room for our convenience. The room was clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was huge and came with a shower and a bathtub. Only observation I have is that the floor can be a little slippery when wet. The hotel does provide you with anti slip bathmat and enough hooks and bars to hold onto. I am just being cautious, normally it is not a problem.Housekeeping made sure everything was neat and tidy everyday. I really amazed to see robots delivering supplies to the rooms.We had a wonderful stay and will consider staying there again.Thank you for a wonderful stay

    Our stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall, with several standout features. The rooms were spacious and clean, though they could use some updates to improve their condition. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again.The breakfast was pretty basic, with limited options, but the location made up for it. The hotel is conveniently close to the metro, Nanjing Road, and the Huangpu River, which makes it easy to explore Shanghai on foot, even for Europeans who enjoy walking.The check-in experience was excellent, thanks to a very helpful staff member who allowed us to check in early for one of the rooms and promptly answered my questions about the location and metro station via Booking.com. While not overly friendly, the rest of the staff were serviceable and got the job done. My friends especially loved the gym, which improved the overall positive experience.

    It’s my second time visiting. This service apartment provides basic needs for our family during stay in Shanghai. The most important feature is their location, center of the city. Their facilities are very old, especially the ventilation system so be prepared for loud noise especially in sleep. If you spend most your time in center of the city maybe a choice for short stay.

    Try an apartment hotel in Shanghai. Spacious room with washing machine. Location about 10 min walk to subway station. Reception can speak English. 5 min walk to shopping centre and family mart. Breakfast offer same food very day. I skipped 2 days breakfast.
