    I was staying at the hotel and invited my business partners for drinks and light bites at the hotel bar. The atmosphere was wonderfully calm—perfect for having real conversations without distractions. The environment is beautifully designed, which made our meeting feel both relaxed and impressive. We truly enjoyed the experience. I'm completely convinced this is the right spot for future short meetings with partners, and I will definitely recommend bringing them here. Judy was great!

    I was welcomed by Nataly, she is extremely sweet and smart. I was so happy to come back at the hotel. Last year, I visited the hotel there was Spanish guy that was also super nice. The hotel is really luxurious and the area also is super nice. My company office is close by, so it’s very convenient for me, so I will make sure my company book this hotel for me next time in Shanghai end f the year

    The breakfast buffet was amazing! It has a huge variety, from fresh pancakes to traditional eggs, including a live station where you can request how you want your eggs cooked. They offer both Western and Asian breakfast sections, along with different types of bread and the food was never cold or dry.I would like to highlight the staff who stood out for giving excellent service every morning at the restaurant and who made me feel at home away from home. Elsa—she was so welcoming and quickly found me a table even though it was busy. She is one-of-a-kind. Emilyn—who was incredibly friendly, and cheerful, making me feel welcome the moment I walked in. The gentleman named Kai, who never failed to refill my beverages and tissues without me ever having to ask! It is top-notch service! I also want to mention the manager, Layla. It is so lovely to see a passionate and very supportive manager in providing such high-quality service. She is fostering a supportive working environment during operational hours. The staff is attentive and friendly, which reflects the high standards set by her good leadership. No doubt that she runs an excellent team! Thank you all , I will never forget those people who made my quick stay very memorable 🇨🇳

    I loved my stay at the hotel. I visited for my honeymoon with my wife. Angelly, Nataly, and the whole reception team decorated our room and brought some delicious cake. Also, they helped us book at restaurants, as it was our first time in China and we wanted to make it memorable. Cheers to amazing people who create memorable experiences
