Location

    Excellent service. Good location. Rooms are spacious. Wonderful dining experience. Personal touch with birthday wishes and complementary birthday cake. What a pleasant surprise! Music under water in the swimming pool is an usual experience. Definitely stay here again at next visit.

    Outstanding Club lounge staff

    The staff on level 27 in the Club were delightful, each presented themselves fully and so professionally to assist my wife and I during our stay. Special mention to Loretta and Shirley who led their teams so aptly. Thank you Tina, Harriet, Alex, Lydia and Mr Bo. The suite we booked was well appointed and ideally located with easy access to metro and a beautiful neighborhood. The only thing we would change would be the mattress, which would have been okay for a night or two, but after the third and fourth, it created enough residual hip pain to mention here. Hoping they may be up for replacement soon! Overall, an outstanding stay with wonderful people.

    The location is good with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's a very upmarket neighbourhood. The metro is about 5 minutes walk away. The service was great from everyone we dealt with. We had their excellent buffet breakfast (very good pastries) and a dinner at the Tang Court which is worthy of its Michelin inclusion. We thought that the room rate was good value for the quality (though expensive for China). The food, though very good, is pricey.
