Location

Located in the centre of the Hongqiao business district, the hotel is only a short distance away from the new Hongqiao International Airport and traffic hub and it provides quick and easy access to metro lines 2 and 10 with quick transfers to the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway station.

Facility

2010 rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms.     We stayed 6 nights during a business visit and the hotel made our stay very comfortable.Staff are very courteous and helpful.Breakfast buffet had many choices.Only drawback is no super markets or convenience stores at a walking distance. Need to depend on taxis every time.

    Nice hotel, good layout, the rooms were excellent and the service beyond anything I expected. The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about Shanghai and would suggest things to do... The amenities at the hotel are first rate and I managed to take in a few. Highly recommended this hotels for any and all visitors to Shanghai

    The service staff of the hotel is very friendly and helped me solve the problem of air tickets. The hotel is very luxurious, very close to the airport and there is a free shuttle bus. If I have the opportunity, I will stay here again.

    It's a 5 star hotel. Room very clean, I like the pillow and bed, very comfortable. The bath tub is good for me. As for location, it is certainly my best choice because this hotel near the Hongqiao airport and Hongqiao train station. Service here very warm. When I check in, Anne Li shows her warmest welcome and staffs here are all helpful during my whole stay.

    I chose this hotel for convenience because it is near Hongqiao Airport. Unexpectedly wonderful journey! The hotel is like a European castle, which is my style. Breakfast is buffet so don't worry about having no favorite food. I like to have coffee and snacks in the lobby. It's a nice place to chat and relax. The room is comfortable. The bed was soft and I slept well. This hotel is really beautiful!I took a lot of nice photos. I love it!
