Very good restaurant.From breakfast at 3rd Floor, also lunch & dinner can serve at my Room 404. Hotel staffs are friendly. Also i have a very good massage at thia hotel. I stqy almost 5 days at this hotel.

Disappointed by Facilities, Not Even Worthy of a 3 Star Hotel.

Disappointed by Facilities – Only the Food Was GoodI stayed at Estelar Barranquilla hoping for a comfortable experience, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the overall conditions of the hotel.While the food and restaurant service were good, the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The room and common areas had visible mold and humidity, especially on the ceilings of the corridors, floor 16 apartment which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category and poses a health risk.The furniture and appliances were outdated and in poor condition. The refrigerator in my apartment wasn’t working at all, which caused all my food to spoil and left a terrible smell and to make things worse, I was wrongly charged for this issue, blaming my pet, when I was already paying for pet fee (disinfecting), they doble charged me for des infecting, when a problem caused was by the condition of their old fridge, even though it was a maintenance failure.The AC unit in my room did not work, making the environment extremely uncomfortable given the city’s climate. I also encountered problems with broken drawers and a non functional hairdryer.What’s most disappointing is that I initially trusted the hotel and even left a positive review based on the first impression. But my experience deteriorated with time, and I felt unsupported when I tried to raise my concerns.I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made to the hygiene, infrastructure needs improvement for a 5 star hotel, which is not cheap.

Exelent place to stay!!, service is 5 stars and staff very friendly!!! Recommend 100% rooms are very clean, locacion is great, everything when perfect, great and clean pool ans this hotel is very close to the best restaurants of the city!!!

Loved the free breakfast buffet 😋

The highlight was the free breakfast buffet 😋. Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, arepas, plantains, breads with ham and cheese, plenty of fresh fruit and juices and even fried rice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with king bed, two types of pillows, small table and chairs, desk area, dresser, fridge. Large closets, Bathroom has ample counter space, walk in shower and elongated toilet. Plenty of lotions, shampoo and conditioner. Pool area was ok, water cool and refreshing on a hot day. A few downsides: Lobby is being renovated as of February 2025.Windows in the room have some saltwater residue that makes for not the best view.Card key had to be refreshed after first day, could not get into our room.Pool and jacuzzi were overrun with niños, hotel needs to institute a policy that parents must accompany minors into the pool instead of sitting at the tables consuming alcohol.
