We forgot two bottles of whisky in the fridge of our hotel room. As soon as we realized the oversight, we contacted the hotel. It took them two days to respond, only to tell us that they do not take responsibility for it.In hotels worldwide, lost items are usually kept and returned to their guests. They stole from us. What a total shame!

This hotel was old and outdated. Elevator was broken, breakfast not good. Spend a little more, get a much nicer place. I needed a place to stay for a few hours before my flight, I should have paid a extra $ 20 to have a place that didn’t look and smell dusty JUAN CAMILO GIRALDO, Sales at Hotel American Golf, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback, we apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced during your time at the hotel. No AC inside hotel .. Only one key hotel? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
21 Sept 2019
Never been to a worst hotel. There is no AC inside the hotel and, they only provide one key per room... the same key that controls the electricity in the room. So.. if one of you decides to stay in the room, the other must wake you or, have someone from the hotel open the door for you... REALLY?They also dont have any laundry Supplies ... I had to buy the detergent for them to clean a shirt. Nice people but, crazy rules ... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY... Staying under a bridge will be a better deal... at least you can come and go as you please.
