  The new name is Dorado Plaza Alto Prado. My experience was good. All employees were always very friendly and attentive. Pool hours seem somewhat restrictive as it is only open from 10 am to 6 pm. But outside of that everything else was very good. Excellent breakfast and rooms are good. If I return to Barranquilla I will surely stay there again.   There’s no place where to reheat my food!!

  There’s is no a microwave oven in the room or nowhere to reheat some food . The kitchen supervisor told me that he can’t make me the favor !! I found it incredible rude and out of any kindness . I hate the experience here !! I stay almost a month and the breakfast was the same every day.

  I have had a terrible service experience at this hotel. They do not provide water to the guest, are aggressive and harmful with communication and have too many delays in response. I hope they don't take that hotel as an option. It is very bad.He tenido una pésima experiencia de servicio en este hotel. No le proporcionan agua al huésped, son agresivos y lesivos con la comunicación y tienen demasiadas demoras en la respuesta. Espero que no tomen ese hotel como opción. Es muy malo.

  The hotel website takes virtual reality to new heights as the hotel is not finished, you’re staying on a building site really. Just a few rooms in use. Aircon wasn’t working properly in our room. We were moved to a different room. Staff very friendly and helpful and I feel sorry for them having to work in these conditions. Fire alarms still have dust caps on them, which is illegal after opening.
