  Too expensive for abandon installations

  The rooms are no suitable and definitely no confort is found They seem to be abandoned including the restrooms. You can't rest due to the noise coming from the pool area It's incredible that this is a 4 stars hotel. There wasn't adecúate room service . The only good thing was the food specially the breakfast and probably the amability of some of their employees.

  As per images, hotel has 3 stars, but I’ll rate as 2 stars. Let the images describe. Windows probably had never been cleaned, room had a mould smell, rusty fridge, stained sheets. I would not recommend staying here. There are small hostels that could provide a much better experience.   Una servicio impecable desde que llegas te reciben cálidamente, en un ambiente elegante, la comida es excepcional! Habitaciones cómodas y las áreas comunes limpias/ it was a very impeccable service, upon you arrive at the hotel you are able to feel comfortable and homie, the customer service is exceptional, the rooms are great clean and spacious, the amenities areas are always clean, main dishes are great highly recommended the picada del sol ( fried pork, fried plantains!   Avoid at all costs, it was filthy!!!

  This hotel was completely disgusting, full of mould and damp throughout the hotel. The restaurant floor appeared not to have been cleaned for many months as the dirt was really ground in, the nets and curtains were also mouldy and filthy too. We had to change rooms twice due to the fact that my husband was struggling to breath due too the conditions. The gym was completely filthy and the breakfast was the same each day, and they did not have anything Vegan for me either. There was nothing nice about this hotel. The restaurant menu was dreadful, old and uninviting. The staff were slow to respond to any asks. The bath had obvious cracks in it, however they had just been painted over. This hotel needs a lot of money spent on it to firstly address the mould and damp issues. The replies to the reviews from the hotel stated that they were in the process of completing some maintenance work, almost 2 years ago, however this place has not been touched in any aspect for many, many years! AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO POTENTIALLY BECOME ILL!! This hotel is down as a 3/4 star, but 1.5 at the very best. I have always been fair around my reviews, so for me to write this, it was absolutely dire ??   When arrived to the roon smell a save box and super old, and the hotel the AC Don't work I told the receptionist I need the solution and the solution was a fan, absolutely no accept it.. I took my things and left the hotel. it was cooler outside than inside the hotel.No was a good time... Super old and expensive for the offer hotel.
