  Excellent customer service, friendly staff. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Great environment.Breakfast is outstanding. Location is perfect. Definitely I will stay again in this wonderful hotel. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

  I stayed at three hotels in Barranquilla over a month period. My stay at this hotel was the best. The rooms are very modern, clean, great bathroom and shower, the breakfast awesome and the it has the authentic feel of a boutique hotel and what one is supposed to be. I highly recommend this hotel in Barrabquilla.

  I liked the location and the cleanliness.Breakfast was good, though choice was limited. Recently built property with good soundproofing and effective A/CSpacious room with a very comfortable bed.Nice bathroom with an Italian shower.Reception lent me a mobile phone for mobile data tethering as there was no Internet connection in our room.Ice dispenser on even floors.Nice, professional, and friendly staff.Well-located plugs to charge our devices, though there could have been more of them.Internet was not working in our room.No minibar/fridge.Bad lighting, especially over the desk and over the sink, so that it was difficult to shave.Ice dispensers quickly empty.View over a middle-class building with clothes drying outside was awful.No rooftop bar or pool.

  What could have been an above average stay was marred by a desire to save money at the expense of the customer. Luke warm water at best ( no warm water at all one day ) with extremely low water pressure. I did complain to no avail. I had to change rooms once because of noise but I didn't blame the staff.Everything else was great; clean rooms, sheets, good accutaments, good mattress, and a great included breakfast.If you want to save money, please do not do with the most important thing: HOT WATER!   Great location close to everything. Lovely room. Soft sheets. Clean, Nice modern interiors. Friendly/helpful staff kind of...Requested a room as high ("alto") as possible - hoping for a view of a city I've never seen. Got a nod from the front desk guy - who promptly put me on the 3rd floor (of 5), with a window facing straight into the side of the next building in a room sharing a wall with a janitor's closet (noise starts around 7AM).He said I'm only the second Australian to ever stay at the hotel. Maybe they don't like Australians and always put them in room 306 as punishment. Should have stumped up the money for the Sheraton over the road... which has a pool (and presumably a view to something other than bricks).
