  No hot water followed by an argumentative manager

  Stayed here for a few days for work. The firat few days went smoothly. However, one day they decided to shut down the hot water. Not what one would expect from a nice hotel and without known issues. And when asked the staff, they came up with several excuses that disn't make any sense: " hot water gets shut down every two hours", "we shut the hot water on some floors to save energy", "one aide of the building has hot water and not the other"...Even the manager became argumentative and unprofessional after one key employee had agreed this wasn't the right experience as a guest paying good money with some basic expectations of service.

  Congratulations. My first negative review EVERI stayed here 1 night on 6/16. I always sleep on my stomach and I woke up with a terrible rash on my chest. I had to continually apply alcohol just to keep it at bay. I alerted the front desk and suggested they change out the mattress lest this happen to someone else. I pointedly said I would pay for the room, but asked if they could at least comp me for 1 small bag of peanuts and a bottle of water I consumed. It then took them 20.minutes at checkout to tell me this was not possible. Avoid at all costs. Spend a couple extra dollars and stay somewhere else.

  MOLD. ALL OVER YOUR ROOM, BATHROOM AND BED AND PILLOWS

  I visit the hotel in December 2021, planning to stay sveral nights. An overpowering smell of mold. Had to check out next day. 24 hours later that day was sick with chills, cough and wheezing.Still waiting for reimbursement for the other nights.Worst of all, sick. It's called Aspergillosis a fungus infection.J Azocar M.D.

  Average hotel with good restaurant service

  Nothing spectacular to say about this place, the rooms were on the small side but clean. The best part was the restaurant, which had excellent service and a good breakfast, which is included in the accommodation. The staff weren't the friendliest folks, but they weren't rude either. I wouldn't have a problem staying here again.

  Terrible wifi

  I’m on a business trip and need good reliable WiFi. The WiFi signal in my room is none existent. I suggest that management work on obtaining better internet or WiFi extenders. Had to work in the lobby.
