  Good hotel overall.

  Overall a clean establishment, a comfortable room, and it felt safe. The neighbourhood is secure. I also enjoyed the coffee shop downstairs which was open most of the day - this was good.Some ladies at the front desk were not so friendly upon check-in or throughout my stay. Their manner, body language, and facial expressions appeared arrogant, and they seemed disinterested in helping throughout my stay. Despite the language barrier, they could have been more proactive and friendly to assist. Most could not speak almost any English, which was peculiar for a hotel of this level.One person who stood out as extremely willing to help, and deserves to be recognised for his excellent attitude, was the bellboy Dorian. He had a smile and helpful approach each time he saw me, was entirely professional, and I was happy to have him there; thank you Dorian. Some of the baristas at the coffee shop were also positive/friendly.

  I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is located in a good area where you can walk freely through the nearby neighborhood and feel safe. Also, you can find many coffee shops, restaurants, and place to shop in the area.I would like to thank Carmen D for taking the time to help me correct some things with my Rewards membership. I was very impressed by the quick time it took to update my Rewards account since it had been over a month from the time I had stayed in the hotel.

  Very nice stay. Rooms are clean, staff is very nice. Air conditioner working accordingly, which is very important in Barranquilla. The restaurant offers a variety of food. Excellent food, Peruvian based but other options available. Highly recommended. Thank you.

  My staying at the hotel was great , great customer service , great breakfast, employees at the front desk are helpful , the internet was good. My room was excellent, clean sheets daily , bathroom is super clean. And the location is superb you are close to almost anything in the north . The restaurant is good .   Very disappointed with this hotel

  My name is Ruben Valencia and I’m totally disappointed with this hotel, I had a reservation in this hotel for 2 nights in January/2022 for 2 rooms (january 27-29).. the day I was supposed to check in, the hotel cancelled my reservation without my consent. Someone from this hotel sent me a text via whatsApp on the day I was supposed to check in (1/27) at 3:00pm asking me to confirm my reservation, I was traveling at that time and I was not able to answer the message. When we got to the hotel around 8:00pm on that day (1/27) I was told that my reservation had been canceled by me, which clearly was not true. I tried to contact the person that send me the message via whatsapp but he/she did not answer. Please do not book this hotel if you want to make sure you have a place to stay when you get to Barranquilla.
