  The experience started badly; I had to wait more than 10 minutes at reception for the receptionist to appear so I could check in. No one showed me the room or helped me with my luggage. And the check-in process was made by an unamiable employee. Breakfast has improved a little; it is now acceptable, with a variety for all tastes. For now, I would recommend looking for other alternatives for the price you pay.

  Love your hotel. My first stay, but my 2 sons use your property twice a year traveling between Venezuela and the US. They are professional baseball players.Great staff! Santiago was amazing with the check in on arrival, and providing no assistance. He was professional, courteous, and attentive to our well being. The day staff, Wendy and Camilo were equally outstanding, especially with special requests and making us feel valued as guests. My thanks and compliments to all.   Camilo at front desk was excellent as well as all staff highly recommend.   Nice hotel, great service - especially Camille at reception was very forthcoming..Breakfast could be betterGreat location near airport and business centre with lots of places around.   if you need a hotel in Bogotas airport find another one

  i came twice for one night each time.in the first time the electricity in the room didn't work.after calling and coming to the reception 3 times they replaced the room (more than 2 hours after the first call). each time they said they will send someone to fix that.in the next visit, we came with the hotel shutlle and only one person received almost 20 people that arrived, the second one didn't even help while being free.after receiving the room i went to the shower and there were only boiking water with no option to mix with cold water. i was too tired even to call the reception.couple of days after i wrote to the hotels people but never got any reply.after a week i wrote to Marriots people and again didn't get any reply.
