Clean, great service, amazing location and low price. Excellent breakfast buffet with a la carte options included in the price of the room. Very good mattress and bedding. Highly recommended.

Good hotel good location good price lousy food in the restaurant / breakfast below average . The staff was good and helpful other than the food the rest was great. It is not that the food was terrible just below average for a hotel restaurant. Service is slow but that is everywhere in Colombia

Okay but a conference hotel

We were a little disappointed in this hotel. Definitely more a conference hotel. Its also used by tour parties. A long drive away from the main drag of about 40 minutes. There are plenty of places to eat around the area. We ate in the hotel one night and the meal was okay. The next meal we received as awful. Service and served an over cooked dry cold meal that we could not eat . The breakfast was okay with the cold selection better than the hot. The roof top bar was closed but you could sit up there during the day.

The Best Western Parque 93 has a LOT going for it...

This hotel has a lot going for it. The location is perfect. Just a couple blocks from Parque 93. If you have never been to Bogota, this is the area you want to be in. It is beyond safe. I would guess there are never fewer than 15 police officers patrolling the park and adjacent areas. They are not aggressive in any way, but you definitely feel safe. The hotel staff are the best! They are very friendly, professional, and always there to make your stay better. The hotel is clean and the beds are of a high quality and firm. Cleanliness and a good bed are probably the two most important criteria for me. It does seem to cater to more of a business conference type crowd. I did not see many families or tourists. The style or vibe of the hotel is a bit generic. Unfortunately, the rooftop lounge was closed during our stay, but from the pictures, that's the one spot that looks to be warm and inviting. The whole place could probably use a Colombian designer to give it a bit of warmth, flair, and cultural relevance. It looks like it was designed by some corporate "designer" sitting in an office in Kansas. No insult to Kansas intended. With all that said, the hotel is very clean and well maintained and I have to repeat, you will not find a better hotel staff.
