efficient and kind.

I stayed at the hotel from August 8th to August 12th, 2026.The staff is very attentive, and the rooms are very clean and modern. This place is a 5-minute walk from Parque de la 93, and the area is very nice. The breakfasts included in the reservation were extremely varied. Most notably, on the day of the incident that impacted Colombia on August 10th, the staff moved very quickly and were highly professional during the hotel evacuation. In our case, we were in the restaurant area, and they were very efficient and kind.

Affordable, safe, and perfectly located on Bogotá’s lively 93rd Street—friendly staff, good breakfast, and a great spot for a short stayI stayed at this hotel on 93rd Street in Bogotá and had a really good experience. The hotel is small but well-kept, with a proper breakfast to start the day. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel comfortable right away. The beds were a bit on the harder side, but the rooms were clean and the shower was excellent. The location is a big plus—93rd Street is lively, with plenty of places to eat and explore, and I always felt safe walking around. It’s also easy to get around from here, making it a great base for a short stay in the city. Overall, a very affordable option that offers good value for money. Excellent place to stay in Bogota

This hotel is in an excellent location and on a quiet street which ends up being important. It's right across the street from a great cafe, right around the corner to two high end restaurants, a block from Parque 93 and a block or two from several restaurants. I was a female traveling solo (although I did have a friend there) and I felt very comfortable walking at night within the couple of blocks. It's also an easy uber ride to Zone T which has lots of activity. The rooms are simple, clean, and perfectly comfortable. The staff is excellent. There is a small bar which was usually vacant but nice to have a quick drink. Recepcion Hotel , Otro at Hotel bh Parque 93, responded to this review Dear GuestThank you for your kind remarks. The hotel has an excellent location. Breakfast is buffet style and has a good variety, except that the eggs were always scrambled. The coffee was machine-made and was very delicious with a variety of flavors. The bed was hard and the pillows were very thin. Becareful they have smalls safes and no cameras
10 Aug 2022
On my first night, we arrived late afternoon and we were a bit hungry, we decided not to unpack till after we got a bite. We returned and discovered our Ipad missing. We were incredulous that a theft had occurred and wanted to be certain, so we phoned home to be certain. Once we were certain we told management the situation. Management told us they never had a theft and that it was our loss, we asked them to please look at the cameras, we found out they have no cameras. Moreover, they made it seem like we were lying and their staff was perfect, hence they had no responsibility. This is Colombia and they have no cameras on the floors. And their safes are only small enough for documents and a wallet, be careful what you bring to this place, you may not return home with it.Just wanted to advise.
