This is my second visit here! I will not stay here again. I booked for the swimming pool and sauna because it is great for pre/post departure therapy. I would have booked another hotel had I known that the pool would be closed for 2 days.The hotel needs to advice upon check in if they are having scheduled maintenance on the pool, then guests can have an option to book another hotel.The gym has good variety of machines.The breakfast is great with many options!Some of the staff are a little rude and not very helpful.Highly disappointed with this second visit Gestor de Experiencia, Guest Services / Front Office at Cosmos 100 Hotel & Centro De Convenciones, responded to this review Dear Lanee, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. Not for a good night's sleep

I want to give this hotel a good review but there were too many negatives for me to do so. But I'll start with the positives. This hotel looks beautiful on the inside, it was clean, service was attentive, and the price was extremely reasonable.However, the negatives were the beds were very uncomfortable, it was noisy from the traffic outside, and the heat/fan and the hairdryer were not functional. The breakfast buffet, included in the price of the hotel, was average.If having a good night's sleep is not important to you, then I would suggest staying at Cosmos. As for myself and my family, we would not stay here again upon our return to Bogota,
