  Very nice Hotel good location. Friendly Staff one of the breakfast buffet waiters in particular who gave all the info I needed. Pointed me in-the right direction where to go.

  Everything was nice and very clean, the room is perfect if you need to do some remote working, loved the restaurant. I hope to stay again for a future trip.

  It's not a good place. Its cold, no water first day I arrived, poor service, poor quality... Just a cheap place that is trying to look nice.The only nice people were the cleaning personal. On photos looks nice and comfy, but far away from reality.

  I reached out to the hotel to inform them that my flight from the U.S. was cancelled on the day of my scheduled arrival, making it impossible for me to honour my reservation. I requested to reschedule my stay for a different date within the next ten days, without seeking a refund. However, the hotel’s response was disappointing. They informed me that my booking was non-refundable and refused to accommodate a change in dates.This lack of flexibility and understanding reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service. Consequently, I have chosen to book alternative accommodations for my upcoming week-long conference. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel for its approach to customer service.

  What a great experience staying here! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone working there are very nice and friendly.I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and I will definitely go back every time I need to travel to Bogota :)
