Very, very slow check in to the hotel

    rating08 Mar 2026

Very slow check on with each customer taking 15 minutes. New technology should make this instant. It’s not fair on customers having to wait over 30 minutes to check in after a long flight. Good service in the hotel. reservas hgiairportbogota, Propietario at Hilton Garden Inn Bogota Airport, responded to this review Thank you very much for your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced during the check-in process. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait after a long flight, and your comments about the speed of our system are very valuable to us. Please know that we are continuously working to improve our processes and technology so that check-in can be faster and more comfortable for our guests.Alexandra PérezGeneral Manager
