Very professional service. Everybody's willing to help and has a good vibe. Room cleanliness and size is great. Fast wi-fi. Hotel location is good: walking distance to Isierra100 shopping mall as well as other small and gourmet restaurants and services nearby. Great stay, no flaws!

I have passed by this building many many times and barely noticed it. From the outside it isn't much to look at.Maybe they should freshen up the exterior. On the other hand, upon checking in, everything was flawless from beginning to checkout.The staff was extra friendly and cheerful. I got in at 9am but they were able to have a room for me. The location, at Calle 10 x Carrera 17 is convenient to many important offices and destinations in Northern Bogotá. I didn't have the chance to eat breakfast because I had early morning meetings. The room was spotless and the hot water was hot. Bogotá can get cold at night, but at the front desk they reminded me that they had extra blankets and heaters if I needed them (I didn't). This was my first time at this hotel but I will very likey return, as I often visit the area. Great hotel, great location

It is a 39 room hotel in the north part of the city. Everyone is extremely friendly, courteous and very helpful. Make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Also, sensation that they are sincere and not just working for tips. Buffet breakfast plentiful, I had a mixed family group of 12, some vegetarians, we ate two nights here and all were very happy with our selections. Recommend it highly if you want more personalized service in this area of town.
