    Hotel BH Usaquen Bogota

    rating01 Feb 2024

Hotel is located about a block away from the Santa Fe clinic in Bogota. Hotel rooms it self does not have airconditioning but a fan is provided upon request. Rooms are not sound proof and sounds from the street filters into your room. Checkin was smooth and efficient. If you are looking for peace and quiet then this hotel is not for you. If you are looking for a money exchange you can go to the nearby Santa Barbar shopping mall

    Not a 4* Experience/Hotel

    rating20 Apr 2023

BH Usaquen advertises itself and charges accordingly as a 4* Hotel, but it is nowhere near a 4* quality. If BH Usaquen advertised itself as a 2* or even a 3* hotel, I would have rated it better, but then again, I would not have booked this place if it was advertised as a 2* or a 3* Hotel. The point here is that when you put yourself in the big leagues, then you have to act accordingly. The hotel rooms do not have A/Cs. I mean a 4* hotel with no A/Cs. They give you a lousy fan. The room ddid not smell fresh. It was okay, but nothing that special. It was medium clean. No water to the guests. Breakfast is expensive. For the price this hotel, charges, I recommend that people should go to others nearby hotels. I would never stay here again, and don't recommend it to anyone who is looking for a 4* experience. I highly recommend that BH Usaquen includes breakfast on their standard rates and gives a small bottle of water/coffee or at least have something in the lobby that dispenses water for the guests at no charge. Very noisy at night

    rating03 Feb 2023

The hotel has a good location and the room is fine. However it is on 7th Avenue and they are doing loud construction which starts in the evening. I’m no going to be able to sleep and when I check with the reception they said it is out of their control. I suggested to change the room to another location and they said they are booked and would try tomorrow. I’m very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on this bad experience Direccion Hotel bh Usaquen, Marketing at Hotel bh Usaquen, responded to this review Sr. Orlando, agradecemos sus comentarios y opinion acerca de nuestro hotel. sus obsercvaciones nos ayudan a mejorar. Good deal excellent location

    rating18 Aug 2019

Clean, contemporary, comfortable with friendly staff from reception to room service. A self serve breakfast was included, served on a bar in a dining room across from the reception desk (on Level 3). While nothing remarkable, the service is quite good and you can special order eggs and the staff will do their best to accommodate. Bed was comfortable with two types of pillow: firm and soft. Shower delivered hot water instantly but the shower control was finicky - and icy water might flow with a tap in the the wrong direction. Lavatory was on the small side but adequate. Room had all amenities, including Direct-TV, free wifi, safe, mini-bar, snacks, toilet kit, and on request an iron/ironing board. We never waited too long for an elevator. Of the various hotels in this chain that we’ve stayed at this one has the least character. bhusaquen, Manager at Hotel bh Usaquen, responded to this review Buenos dias, muchas gracias por su opinion acerca de nuestro hotel. Pues tanto las buenas opiniones como las observaciones se tienen en cuenta para mejorar, tanto nuestras instalaciones como nuestro servicio. Cordial saludo.
