  All in all a modern hotel with great food and room accommodations with good service from the team. System updates needed

  The employees at the Hotel were excellent. Jhon at front desk; Porters Neidher and Diego were exceptional. The restaurant service and food was very good. Nelson at the restaurant made sure all our meals were taken care of. Amenities at the hotel needs to be updated. TV only worked one day of the three days of my stay. The iron didn’t work. There were no wash cloths in the room or slippers and the room was very cold. I had to request a heater and slippers to walk in the cold wooden floors. Multiple requests had to be made to the front desk for the items.
