  Great hotel to stay at!!

  This is my 2nd time staying at Exe Bacata. I have enjoyed both stays. The staff are always so kind and helpful! It is located in a safe neighborhood with a ton of restaurants and shops around! You get a great view of the mountains on the 7th floor as well! I was happy with the room as well as the breakfast! The only 2 things i would complain about if the club and air conditioning. the club is next door and they stay open late. The noise is not insanely loud, but as a light sleeper, it can be a bother. You are not able to control the temperature in the room so it was a bit annoying when it got too warm. Besides that i do recommend this hotel and i plan to stay here again! The staff are great!

  If you decide to stay here be aware that there’s a bar nearby that plays loud music all night long. Second, although the restaurant offers breakfast it’s probably not worth going. Stay at any other hotel in Bogota that offers real breakfast.

  We tried the hotel restaurant. Absolutely dreadful, we waited more than an hour.l for our order. We ordered the salmon, veggie salad and steak. They messed up the salad and the fish was burnt. Do not recommend.

  Our Superior room was lovely and spacious, comfortable and equipped with latest charging points.We have to mention the Chef, Sebastian, who looked after us so well with waitress, Genesis, who was always running around to help us with our requirements.We did not speak Spanish however their mobile phones aided them with translation apps.The rooms provide body wash and soap + body lotion but no Shampoo or Conditioner.

  ...this has to be one of the more quality restaurants in Bogota, COLOMBIA. what is most noteworthy is the Chef Sebastian. he takes pride in his work. as i speak English, he came to my table and asked me what i would like, explaining the menu to my tastebuds selection. he takes his role as Head Chef very seriously. he allowed me to enhance one of my entres and also extended me and my guest a chance to taste some of his special dishes; that's dining! i recommend anyone, especially Americans and Canadians to try this wonderful restaurant with its amazing kitchen. TERRIFIC! thank you again Sebastian for the quality eating experience; unforgettable!
