This hotel is located to the north of the city, in the city's most exclusive residential zone. It lies surrounded by commercial and financial establishments, and the city's principal restaurants, serving national and international cuisine. 62 rooms, including 10 junior suites, suites, 29 single rooms and 22 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well.     From the time we get out of the uber infront the Morrison hotel someone was there ready to carry our luggage up to our room, Was an excellent place to stay spacious suite with a great view, comfy bed and pillow. room comes with a mini fridge bathroom was nice and clean, Comes with a breakfast buffet excellent location very walkable they are lots of shops supermarkets and great restaurants everywhere a few mins walk to the Mall very busy area..15 mins walk to parque 93 area, was our 35th year anniversary the crew at the Morrison hotel take time off their busy schedule to decorate and make our room looks romantic and beautiful thank you to all u guys at the Morrison hotel job well done hats off to all you beautiful people very courteous and helpful Will recommend this hotel and will stay again sometime in the future we had a funtastic time there thanx a ton ??????     I had an excellent experience at Hotel Morrison in Zona Rosa, Bogotá. The hotel is perfectly located in one of the best areas of the city, surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, while still providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service and personal attention provided by the hotel manager, Mr. Raul Vasquez. Raul represents hospitality at its very best. He is professional, attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to making sure his guests have an excellent experience.From the moment I arrived, Raul went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure that everything during my stay was handled perfectly. His attention to detail and willingness to personally assist guests are qualities that are increasingly difficult to find, even at luxury hotels.The entire staff was friendly and professional, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location in Zona Rosa is excellent.     Extremely Overpriced and Poorly Maintained

    This hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers. The rooms feel neglected and poorly maintained. The key cards barely work, several electrical outlets in the room were not functioning, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, and the shower was broken.At this price point, these kinds of maintenance issues are simply unacceptable. The hotel charges premium rates, but the condition of the rooms and the overall experience are nowhere near premium. Unfortunately, it is far too expensive for the quality and service it provides.     Great hotel with good location and friendly staff

    I have been staying here for last 13 year and I find this hotel very conveniently located where you find restaurants and shopping nearby. It is a very safe zone. I always feel like home when coming to this hotel. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. There is some noise from the clubs near by but I think I do not get disturbed by it.     The hotel is very friendly, warm and welcoming. All the staff are very helpful and attentive to the need. Hotel is situated in the heart of the city in Zona t where one can find good restaurants and shopping nearby. The Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. It is worth the value.
