I have booked the room and paid for it . I wish I could have read the reviews before as today I was trying to contact reservations or reception at the hotel as I keep receiving e -mails to ask for payment again . We think this is scam. We think our personal information have been leaked so we are trying to phone the hotel but it hasn't been possible. The service is terrible and all we can get is automatised responses. Now that I have read the reviews about the cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of the breakfast I am not looking forward to stay there , but unfortunately my rate is non refundable. I will be writing another review once I have been there,

Great first impression, let down the second time

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice. Overall, it’s well located, attractive, and clean. The breakfast is decent, and while the price isn’t exactly cheap, it felt fair for what was offered—at least during our first visit.Our second stay, however, was less satisfying. We arrived around midnight after a long journey, looking forward to a hot shower and some rest. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as smoothly as expected. It seemed the staff were already aware that our room had an issue: there was no hot water.After we reported it to the front desk, they mentioned the water temperature had improved slightly, but in reality, it still wasn’t hot. As a result, our plans for a comfortable and restful night didn’t quite work out.The following day, when I suggested that some form of compensation might be appropriate, our concern was simply ignored. Stay Away - double charged and left hanging.

We made a reservation for February through an online service but had to change the dates. We cancelled through the first service and made a new reservation based on the second service. We were charged for the cancelled reservation and, even though the second reservation was at this same hotel. When we finally got through to the hotel it was to a call center who referred us back to the online service company. However, they had already told us to contact the hotel.Terrible communication and customer service follow up.

Hotel in a nice neighborhood

We stayed at the hotel for a few nights and had a good experience. The rooms were quite large which we appreciated. The breakfast was also nice. However we had a tough time getting hot water in the shower. The gym was very disappointing with old and some broken machines. Our room also smelled of smoke (probably people smoked there before). The hotel could definitely use a renovation but is rather cheap and in a nice neighborhood. Dissapointing.

Overall it was a dissapointing stay. They offered free hotel transfer upon arrival so I booked that but when I arrived there was no one to be seen. I hunted around for about 15 min then took a taxi. The walls of the room were paper thin and I could not get to sleep on two consecutive nights because the people in the next room were talking, I don't think they were talking loudly but there seemed no soundproofing at all. Breakfast was fruit, scrambled eggs and bread every morning. It was fine but if you don't like scrambled eggs... Finally my flight was delayed significantly and I asked if I could have a late checkout. I was prepared to pay for it, and showed them the email from the airline. The lady at checkout just said "Oh we are full" but this was blatently untrue. The hotel has loads of rooms and it was clearly at least half were empty.
