Great staff. Very helpful and welcoming. I've been to other Hyatt place but never felt better accommodated. This is not the standard Hyatt Place breakfast.

Excelente hotel good food perfect gymnasio complete brrakfast and they do not use plastic botões. Kind service and you can see good restaurante putside the hotel

The location is really near the airport, and convention center. Their food is good and there’s a lot of restaurants around the hotel.It is accessible to transportation if you like to travel by bus or taxi/uber.

I gave 5 star for this hotel for these reason. -First the rooms are super clean they even clean it everyday.-The staff is very helpful and kind. -Breakfast buffet are nice. -Internet connection is decentI highly recommend this hotel. Me and my friends will definitely go back and will book this same hotel.

Great Place to Stay in Bogota as a Hyatt Member

Overall it was very pleasant, good location, nice view, clean room. The room was a bit hot when we walked in and we asked for toothpaste and they didn't have any so I guess someone isn't doing their job. The breakfast was great but no pan de bono, but they did have empanadas and the rice and bean breakfast refrito, I think it's called. Staff was friendly and helpful! As a Hyatt member we have also stayed in the Grand Hyatt which is a bit closer to the airport than this one and it's spectacular!
