Excellent location, conveniently close to shopping area, surrounded by lots of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. At sundown easy to walk around, immerse in a vibrant and safe night life. Rooms very spacious and comfortable, completely refurbished and contains all amenities as described on its website but, no AC. Nice view to park El Virrey. The personnel is very courteous helpful and kind in every way. More hotel choices near bye!
19 Jul 2025
We made two reservations: one for a family suit with a kitchen and two double beds, and another one for a single room with a double bed. When we arrived, there was one bed with an additional cot in the one with the kitchen, and two double beds in the room without the kitchen. After it was very uncomfortable to share our single room with another person, we wanted to get the rooms we requested, but the answer was that the hotel was full and that the easier solution was for everybody to change rooms with one another! We requested an iron which never came, and we called reception to ask a simple question about a local call, and the man didn’t know. Worst part was the breakfast . Dinning room located at the entrance of the hotel (used to be at the back) , only one assistant helping, and if you went after 9:00 ( breakfast was served after 10:00 am) there was total disarray, with dirty tables, food gone, and nobody to take orders. Not a great stay!!! Karen Corredor, Director General at Jazz Apartments, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us. We sincerely regret that your experience at our hotel was unsatisfactory and that we did not meet your expectations in such important areas as room assignments, breakfast service, and reception service. We understand how uncomfortable it must have been not to receive the rooms as booked, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused. We also note your request for an iron and the lack of clear information from our team, as well as the situation in the breakfast area. Please accept our sincere apologies. We are internally reviewing each of the points mentioned to take immediate corrective measures and ensure that situations like this do not recur. Our commitment is to provide a comfortable, warm, and efficient experience to all our guests. We would love the opportunity to welcome you again and offer you a stay that truly reflects the quality and service we strive to provide. We look forward to any other comments you would like to share.Best Regards, Karen C

This is a really nice and clean hotel. Great location in Bogata. A very safe place to stay almost. The staff was excellent and some even spoke English. Breakfast was nice and convenient in the morning. Hotel Jazz is very close to zona T and zona G which have a lot of restaurants and bars. Will stay here again.
