I booked the hotel for an overnight stay between two flights and decided to splurge on a suite. The suite is located in the seventh floor but the elevator only reaches the sixth floor and you have to use the stairs to reach your room. A suit. With the price, I didn't expect this. I was longing for a Greek dinner at the restaurant but alas, it was closed due to a private event. No big deal. When the time came for a shower, I opened it and let it run. It ran. And ran. And ran and no hot water came out. So I called the reception and they said they would send someone to check. After more than 5 minutes hot water finally began to come out so I called reception again to cancel the check. After a nice shower I went to dine in a restaurant nearby. When returning, after riding the elevator to the sixth floor and climbing the stairs to the seventh the card key didn't work. I had to go down again to reception to ask for a new key and asked them for someone to come up with me since I was not willing to have to return if this didn't work. A guy from security went up with me and after some wriggling, the key worked. Temperature outside was 12ºC but the room was very warm. It has an air conditioning unit in the living room and another in the bedroom. THe first had a remote but the one on the bedroom didn't. I was fedup with calling reception so I just let the door to the bedroom open and went to sleep. Comfortable bed. Thick comforter, it worked. To some extent. Would I book another room here. I don't think so.

Good location and very safe. Staff was friendly.Only comment would be the service at the restaurant was a tad slow. Other than that good for the price.

Clean, luxurious hotel in a good location. The room was spacious, clean, very nice bathroom as well. Beautiful views from the room. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Just wish we stayed here longer and will definitely return in our next trip to Colombia!

Cozy environment, clean and modern rooms with great taste, super well located (many options walking distance). Staff is the best, from the counter to the people at Restaurant ( by the way -Delicious food!). It is my place to stay when visit Bogota.

Great toddler friendly hotel

Really comfy, clean room with everything we needed. We travelled with our toddler and there was lots of room for the cot. Staff were very kind and helpful, and the people on the front desk helped with all our questions. Breakfast was really tasty with lots of options!
