The staff at breakfast were very kind and friendly, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, our experience with the front desk was quite disappointing. We were given a very noisy room, and it felt like they were not very willing to help or pay attention to us. Housekeeping is a friendly lady. The room itself was quite basic and did not meet four-star standards. There was no complimentary water provided, no air conditioning, and there was a noticeable musty smell. The facilities were very average overall. There was also a small extra bed placed awkwardly against the wall.Wifi connection is really bad, there is barely wifi at all in the room.

Rooms have everything you need and breakfast was good. Hotel has underground parking (2.3m height restriction) and above ground secure parking. Easy to find in a neighbourhood where we felt safe.

First thing is I got a room right above the entrance and with no AC I don’t have to tell you the noise!!That was a point of no return, didn’t matter the room was big, with lots of space , clean and new; with a big bathroom.Food was ok, but the Bar in the property was really bad, no choices whatsoever .Didn’t like the location either.

Snatched my iPhone by motor cycles in front of the hotel

Stayed at the hotel for 7days. Not suitable for tourists. Someone snatched my iPhone while getting into uber in front of the hotel. Police and cameras are useless. I used uber rather then their hotel van. Staff were friendly but couldn’t help me with my iPhone. Still I can’t believe myself.

Great hotel , worth the money.

I always stay there. Good prices, great staff and amazing breakfast(empanadas, arepas, pandebono and also eggs, cereal typical American) . Location is great, safe and close to 93 park. I usually use it for work and also for vacation. It has a lot of parking as well.
