Amazing hotel.

Apartamentos Plaza Suites is an exceptional Hotel in the heart of Bogota/ Usaquen district. The neighborhood is safe and quite upscale, close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy. Dining room/ room service serves a variety of meals. Our unit is quite spacious and updated with a wonderful view of the city. Staff is definitely exceptional and very attentive. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Bogota Juliana Gonzalez, Atención al cliente/recepción at Plaza Suites Apartments, responded to this review Dear On behalf of the entire Plaza Suites team we would like to thank you for the time you have dedicated to share with the entire community the details of your experience at the hotel. The hotel Manager ... the Restaurant are NOT good.
04 Jan 2022
This place is able to charge what it does because of its location and because it has a kitchen. The service is poor. The attitude of the personnel is poor. The Hotel Manager is bad.It gets 1 Star because I cannot score lower. The staff is poor because the Manager is bad; he hired staff just as he is. I do NOT recommend this hotel unless you are desperate to have a kitchen. Colombia is a country with AMAZING people. There are also countless quality places to stay for a better price than this place, with personnel that are gracious and exceptional; this is NOT that place! 👎I do NOT recommend this property for your stay in Bogota, Colombia; you can do sooooooo much better, comprehensively. Mariam Facio Lince, Atención al huésped/Recepción at Plaza Suites Apartments, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you very much for his comment. Home Away From Home

There is no noise at all on the higher floors if you like to be in a really quiet place. The hotel has check in 24hrs a day for those late flights. Service is so good that then went out and bought me a space heater because I was cold in Bogato. Most places will not have heating systems in room. This facility is extremely modern, safe, good restaurant, excellent location and best of all is the staff! Sonia R, Ventas y Mercadeo at Plaza Suites Apartments, responded to this review Thank you very much for taking the time to review our property. We are very glad to see, that you remark our hotel, the facilities and the perfect location around. We feel also also very pleased to read your comments about the friendly and helpful staff in our hotel. Certainly we have passed this on to our employees. Our staff members take their roles in our industry very seriously and try, every day, to provide that quality customer service, that our guests expect. We would be honored to have you return to our hotel in the future.
