    This hotel is beautiful and close to main attractions, the buffet has a great variety of bread, deli , cheese fruits, natural juices and more, also everyday there is something different to try. The crew welcomes you with their heart and makes you feel at home away from home, every body remembers your name and they’re always helpful.     Overall, very good experience. Staff is very supportive. Until we ask Water is not provided in the room on daily basis. Restaurant staff takes long time for giving the Menu card & to take the Order during Dinner time.     Enjoyed a tremendous view of the city and surrounding mountains. Had a steaming hot bath and a comfy bed with great linens. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe here. Lots of staff and security about. Oh and a great breakfast spread and I'm a vegetarian.     Bogota is a sprawling city so you are close to lots of things and short (cheap) cab ride away from everything else. The hotel is huge and the bedrooms spacious and clean.The hotel staff are attentive to the guests, opening doors, and very welcoming. The reception staff could not be more helpful and kind. I left my phone in a cab (first day of my 3 week holiday-I know!)and the staff were amazing. They called the company, sought help from the police and gave me helpful local advice. The hotel taxi helped me to track down the phone( find my phone app). The breakfast is great. I’m a veggie and there is lots of choice and the buffet style breakfast caters for all culinary tastes. Juices and fruits are a plenty … so overall, excellent value for money , spacious and clean but above all lovely staff.
