    I thought I had seen all the shady advertising and billing games that companies play over the years but this hotel takes it to a new level. While I was in Colombia searching for hotels, browsing directly on Click Clack’s website, they advertised a rate of CLP 286,584 a night. Finding it an attractive rate, I went ahead and booked the hotel, directly via their own website. So I almost went into shock when I went to check out and they charged me a rate of $1,041,434! What I hadn’t caught was the hotel advertises their pricing in Chilean Pesos! I showed the hotel manager my booking confirmation i received from their hotel of the $286,584 rate however they said their fine print was very clear that the advertised rate was in Chilean pesos and would be converted to Colombian pesos when I paid. I asked them why they would advertise their pricing in Chilean currency rather than Colombian pesos or even some internationally common currency like Dollars or Euros. Why of all currencies in the world do they choose to advertise their hotel prices in CLP rather than COP, which conveniently is off just one letter, looks the same when looking at it quickly and uses same number of decimal points and numeric convention but converts to far lower price? They again said it was very clear in their language that the rate would be converted to Colombian pesos and implied i was an idiot for not noticing the rate I booked was CLP rather than COP. In all my hotel stays, this one is probably the single shadiest one ever. So if planning to stay here, just be very, very careful, these guys are as slimy as they come.

    Excellent experience at click clack from beginning to end. Very welcoming and professional staff. High attention to details throughout the hotel: beautifully decorated rooms, very pleasant rooftop Apache restaurant/bar. The breakfast was another highlight. Perfect location. I can’t wait to come back, for business or for fun!

    This place is stunning. The breakfast was astoundingly amazing with exotic Colombian fruits and coffee, an amazing buffet and any type of breakfast made to order. Fresh juices and blends. Amazing staff. The decor is so cool and funky without trying too hard. It’s just cool. The room was gorgeous and a great size. Comfortable bed. It’s not in the touristy areas so you have to taxi or uber to plaza bolivar, gold museum and other places in that part of town and traffic is a beast but I would definitely stay here again.     Unfriendly evening / late reception. Room is OK. No bath tub. Many better options available in Bogota. Also, hotel does not allow visitors.seek better, friendly options.
