    Whent to conference in Bogota and the hotel have a nice location, clean room and nicer staff members. They have breakfast available. great stay!     Restaurant service, excelente: Doña Salomé, Don Guillermo y Camilo are ver kind and helpful. However I cannot believe that after lodging 2 weeks at the hotel, on day 6, I requestef for 1 water bottle and an extra coffee pod, and response was that the only give you one of each upon arrival and I after that you have to pay for a replacement no matter the days you stay at the hotel!!! Terrible guest service, I will never stay again in this hotel.

    Nice room with floor length windows facing the mountains, breakfast was fine, arrived almost midnight but check in was quick, walked to Gran Estacion Centro Commercial mall with a very big food court, impressed with new office & apartment buildings near the mall.     A Unique Stay with Stunning Views of Bogotá and Monserrate

    The rooms on the eleventh floor, with views of the city and Monserrate Hill, are truly wonderful. I was able to make great use of the terrace to work, relax, and have dinner; it was a unique experience.
