The hotel is about 15 minutes from the industrial area and only 5 minutes from the financial hub of the city. The Cristo Rey statue is around a 25-minute drive from the hotel, the zoological garden is 5 km and La Ermita is roughly 5 km from the hotel. Guests will find nightlife options around 15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Buga is a 50-minute drive.

Guests have a choice of 95 rooms, including 2 junior suites, 65 single rooms and 27 double rooms, located in a 15-storey main building and an 18-storey auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. If I could give zero star , I would . From the extremely hard pillows and beds , to the tiny bathrooms. On top of that, they charged me what was equivalent to 4.50 USD for a face towel that they claimed we took from the mini bar and we didn’t. The only Good thing I would say is that the bartender Esnel was great and made us feel welcomed . As far as the front desk, no smiles , no greeting …. Will never stay here again and I recommend you stay somewhere else .

I am extremely disappointed by my experience at the Dann Carlton Cali. The issue itself may only involve $4, but it is the dishonesty and lack of transparency behind the charge that is truly unacceptable.We requested face towels, and they were brought directly to our room by two staff members. At no point did Eder Sotto, or anyone else, inform us that these towels would come with an additional charge. We were only told upon checkout that the towels were considered a minibar item and that we would be charged for them.Frankly, this is absurd. Towels are a basic amenity that guests reasonably expect a hotel to provide. If this hotel has an unusual policy of charging guests for face towels, that charge should be clearly disclosed before the towels are delivered—not unexpectedly added to the bill at checkout.This is not about $4. It is about the principle and what I consider to be an incredibly dishonest and deceptive business practice. A simple heads-up would have allowed us to decide whether we wanted to pay for them. Instead, the hotel waited until we checked out to inform us of the charge.For a hotel that presents itself as a quality establishment, this level of transparency is disappointing and leaves a very bad impression. I would not stay here again and would strongly encourage future guests to ask about potential charges for even the most basic amenities before accepting anything delivered to their room. My family and I have stayed at Hotel Dann Cali three times in a row, and every visit confirms why we keep coming back. It truly feels like a home away from home.My kids love the facilities, and the warm, genuine hospitality from the entire staff makes the experience even better. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. While not huge, they are perfectly kept and very cozy.The location is excellent, situated in one of the best areas of the city with many great restaurants and attractions nearby.The food at the hotel is outstanding, and the service in the restaurants and bars is exceptional. Ruben at the lobby bar makes you feel like the most important guest in the hotel. At the pool bar, “El Cubano” always makes sure you are well taken care of and enjoying your drinks. Andres and Juan Carlos keep everything organized and running smoothly around the pool area.The main restaurant is a must. Marisol, Freddy, Estevan, and Luis are incredibly attentive and genuinely kind, providing excellent service every time.From management, Juan and Sebastian truly stand out. They go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great experience and want to come back.Highly recommended. My family and I are already looking forward to our next stay.
