  We stayed for one week this September. We like to stay in this hotel and in fact we always do. The rooms are very clean, spacious and affordable and the staff is very nice. Our housekeeper Paula, was very nice, helpful and careful. Mrs. Esther at the restaurant is the kindest and nicest person ever and always very pleasant; we got sick and she prepared us a medicinal tea to get better and it worked. This time we found a problem with the noise and the elevators, there was always a problem with the elevators. After 8:00 pm. you have to call the front desk for them to send you an elevator, it was pretty bad and in the morning sometimes the elevator was so full that you couldn't go down, you needed to go all the way up to be able to get a place inside to go to the lobby. Anyway, I hope they can resolve that problem. We will try the hotel again, we like it and we like the people who work there.   I must say that it is pretty good for the price and place. The hotel staff were very nice, in particular I would like to say that the housekeeping staff were very nice and the rooms were very clean, impecable. All the people at the reception were incredibly nice and helpful like Mr. Orlando who was exceptional in his service. The breakfast is pretty good, the coffee is all that, beyond excellence. It is noisy, as Cali is, I believe if you are down in the first floors the noise is worst. There was a situation with the elevators full of food that didn't smell that good and this lady didn't respect the guests and just decided to push carts inside with the elevator. That wasn't pleasant and a little disappointing but I think the hotel can make improvements on that. Thank you! It is a good hotel.   I went gala dinner. Then service by Claudia Jijon and Cabi Angel was great. The service was excellent. They were attentive to my every needs. They were prompt. They came by often kept my drinks full. They were the BOMB

  The room is clean and big with a fantastic view at floor 20: bedroom + studio. Bathroom is big and useful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really poor and has low quality. Location looks safe

  good prices staff very friendly the make you feel welcome accessible and close to many fun places to go. this is my go to place every time I go to Cali because no matter how long is been I always receive the same treatment.
