What a great surprise, best place to stay in Cartagena

We booked two rooms at the very last minute for myself and a colleague, without knowing anything about the hotel, and what a great surprise it turned out to be.Everything was excellent: the service, the facilities, the staff, and the rooms. The restaurant was fantastic, and the rooftop terrace with its pool, as well as the additional pool downstairs, is quite unique for a boutique hotel of this size.A special thank you to Kathleen, who kindly offered us the possibility to use the spa after check-in, when we returned from an excursion, allowing us to shower, change, and even enjoy a quick dip in the pool. Truly appreciated.Simply outstanding: highly recommended.And the location ? Perfect.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in the center of the walled city, Cartagena

We celebrated our 15-year anniversary with a 3-night, 3-day stay at Ananda Hotel, and it was absolutely lovely. Most of our time was spent relaxing by the main pool and enjoying the rooftop jacuzzi, both perfect spots to unwind. The service was outstanding—special thanks to Juliana, Jairo, and Lilibeth, who made our stay feel extra special with their warmth and attentiveness.Breakfast was delicious each morning and included in the rate, which was a wonderful way to start the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the port for boat trips to the islands and bay, close to the historic wall, and only a few blocks away from world-class restaurants and bars.Ananda Hotel gave us the perfect mix of relaxation, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Cartagena.

Lovely hotel, quiet, nice staff, pool, good restaurant, roof terrace for sun worship set in the old city close to selection of shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance

Ananda Boutique - Look No Further - Best Location, People, Rooms & Value

Well done Ananda Boutique Cartagena!This was our first trip to Cartagena and we were so excited to have selected Ananda as our “home away from home”!Everything was perfect… the central location (without late night noise), the amenities, the pools (both ground level & rooftop), the food, bar and let’s not forget the incredible & clean rooms that were PERFECT! All while feeling super safe. This truly made our Cartagena experience so easy. However, this is all not possible without the people. The Ananda staff continuously went out of their way morning, day & evening to make sure we were completely taken care of… and everyone carried positive energy all the time. While there are so many that contributed towards our experience, several staff stood out, time & time again. SUPER thank you to Lilibeth, Jairo, Juliana, Guionella & Michell for taking care of everything! OMG… you’re the BEST!!! Well done Ananda for hiring these rockstars!We will absolutely recommend you to our family & friends visiting Cartagena.
