    Impeccable in everyway

    rating23 Sept 2026

If I had to describe this 5 star hotel in one word, it would be impeccable. Impeccable service, cleaniness, amenities and food. I have traveled to 71 countries around the world and have stayed at many 5 star hotels but this was top notch in my books with regards to the service level the staff provides at each encounter without being stuffy or pretentious. Food was delivered fast, hot and delicious. The rooftop pool with cabanas and outdoor restaurant and bar delivered the best service and drinks. Room cleaniness spotless.

    Definitely must stay here

    rating27 Aug 2026

Excellent hotel. Gracious staff that actually care. The room was absolutely spotless. The maid was amazing. The concierge was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to accommodate us. The breakfast was top notch and you cannot beat the location. Just a short walk to the pier where all the tour ships depart. I highly recommend. The only flaw was a dripping air vent near the elevator which is in need of repair. Ana Maria Tello, Ventas at Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you so much for your glowing review and high recommendation! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our carefully preserved colonial facilities. It is wonderful to know that our housekeeping and guest service teams went above and beyond to make your stay so memorable. We also truly appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the dripping air vent near the elevator. Please rest assured that our engineering team has been notified to inspect and resolve this immediately, as maintaining our historic property in pristine condition is top priority. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa in the near future.Warm regards,
