  The hotel was in a disgraceful state, dirty and neglected, with stinking air conditioning. To top it all off, the hotel ripped us off for 1,907,260 COP. After spending one night, we decided to change hotels. The receptionist told us there was no problem, and the remaining balance would be refunded within 14 days. The hotel agreed to a refund in writing, and we have proof of this. Unfortunately, that was the end of it; no refund, and they haven't responded to emails.   Amazing place to stay while in Cartagena!

  My stay at the Corales De Indias was excellent. I've stayed at the Corales De Indias twice & both experiences where great to say the least. The staff is amazing & the breakfast is super delicious every morning! Indria is one of special staff who help to make my visit awesome! Thank you Corales De Indias ????   A very average hotel

  I booked this hotel as a stopover that is close to Cartegena airport. It was disappointing even as a crash pad and probably also as a "resort" although I didn't have time to experience that side.The hotel is a bit of a block in a modernist architectural style, and sandwiched between two main roads, although slightly set back at least. The interiors also felt unwelcoming and gloomy. Service was ok (for example at the main entrance) although reception did have queues as others noted.The room had a strong smell of damp covered up by chemical cleaners which was very unappetising. I noticed two large stains on the ceiling that had been covered over but the outline still visible, suspect there was a big leak at some point, maybe just that room I cannot tell. Other than this, a very characterless room but basically everything clean and functional. Hotel food including breakfast disappointing. Main clientele I think Colombian families so the hotel has a very "family"/children kind feel.Perhaps this is hotel is good value for the price, but I would not return.   Relaxing Suite with Balcony and Organic Breakfast

  Lovely View and Vegan Breakfast. I’m a Solo Nomadic Female traveler, and was impressed by the quality and variety of food for vegans! Welcome to Colombia! My only moment of concern was to find out that their Smart TV was not working in any of the rooms, which limited the TV to only recorded programs in Spanish mostly, and then also I was able to hear from my work desk next door voices that felt like coming from their bathroom. Not so nice. Other than that a very relaxing Suite!   Bad experience in

  The staff were friendly but the hotel had no water for days. When asked about refund they said they would but never did wanted me to write my card information on paper i indicate you have everything online. Refused to give me copy of anything or even anything writing. There were water bugs on the side by the pool, green stuff from pipe. Worst off was the no water gave me two buckets of cold water to wash. I am still waiting on refund I have emailed two time already. Very disappointed in this hotel.
