It is everything you need for a walk, excellent customer service, delicious breakfasts, room with what you need, considering the price is ideal, if I have the opportunity to return and/or recommend them.

Rats in the ceiling of our room

I booked a room at this Hotel from December 30 2025 to January 14 2026. Although the staff is nice the hotel is a place from hell. It is a very noisy place and on the 9 of January we were awoke by rats runing in the ceiling of our room. They moved us to another room and on the next morning the same awaked by rats making noise in the ceiling. We could not take it any longer so we moved out of the Hotel 4 days early. We have to find another Hotel for the remaing of our stay. Please don't stay here this place is a hell hole.

The worst of the hotels we have been to, mess, dirt, cockroaches, smell of damp, the breakfast area a mess do not worry about picking up dishes and touch eating on the grime, the only thing to rescue is the attention of the receptionist Maria, is very attentive

Uninviting and far from being Suites

First point of call on my first trip to Cartagena. Staff were at best minimalistic with service and my welcome. Check in took about 15 mins and I was the only person on the front desk.Room small, a far cry of any description of being "suites". No hot water. Rooms close together and noise from other rooms. Dirty in the common areas. Breakfast, well I didn't bother as it was very little on offer. Fortunately I only booked for one night. Couldn't wait to check out.
