  My stay was terrific, room clean and food delicious. Staff was professional and attentive. Jesus was the best part so informative and made great suggestions for place to visit.   Had a great experience and stay at this hotel.Very local to many walking places, the staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. One thing that we did not like about our stay was the jacuzzi, it was full of dirt stains. Felt gross getting in, other than that the rooms and bathrooms are extremely clean and updated.

  I had wonderful time here! Hotel has a cute sitting area in between floors (open air) and a terrace. The bedsheets so soft, the shower is huge, and the restroom has a handheld biget. The room had Alexa for lights and AC control (which i didn’t like much :) ) everyone at the hotel was so nice. I had cocktails and dinner on the terrace after wandering around the city - it was tasty and I could relax before going out again. You need to order your breakfast in the evening which was fine - They have good variety, but if you get tired of it - there are many places within 5 minutes walking with other choices. Also remember that this is Cartagena - people are loud, partying all night and returning early morning to the hotel, so bring your mask and ear plugs :) Definitely going to stay there again when I am back to Cartagena!

  Everything was amazing, clean, good condition, beverages, food ….very nice experience for my family and friends. Good music and everybody help en everything, Tours , taxis, restaurants, bars, close in drugstores, mall, stores and people very friendly

  Located in the old city and permeated with modern coastal hospitality, you will leave grateful you chose this boutique hotel. Their Alexa bedroom assistant is helpful and fun, and the spaces have been designed to balance beauty and functionality. I loved my stay there. The food was amazing and the staff incredibly friendly and eager to please!
