This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The food was absolutely wonderful. The decor was so fun.! I probably took 100 pictures.! and it smelled incredible! Great location!

This hotel is so lovely and visually engaging! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities were wonderful. The included breakfast was delicious and the service was very friendly. Special shout outs to Yeison and Kelly for their help with taxis and transfers. They went above and beyond to help us!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Casa Lola. The location is fantastic, right in the vibrant and culturally rich Getsemaní neighbourhood. There is so much energy in the area, from colorful streets and local cafes to music and nightlife, which made exploring Cartagena easy and exciting.From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless. The hotel was incredibly helpful assisting us with booking a car from the airport to the hotel, which made our arrival completely stress free. Checking in was a breeze and we felt welcomed right away.The hotel restaurants and amenities are excellent. There are great options on site whether you want to relax, enjoy a good meal, or spend time with friends. The rooms are funky and interesting with unique decor that really adds to the overall experience and charm of the property.A very special shout out to Yeison Medrano for going above and beyond with his professionalism and assistance. He truly elevated our stay and made sure everything ran smoothly for us.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Lola to anyone visiting Cartagena.
