  Very beautiful hotel with excelent garden and nice beach, many fresh fruits and vegetables, good drinks alkohol and non alkohol. Concierge Sofia is helpful with everything also Valmer who work on the restaurant. All stuff is extremely nice. You have to try Nativo restaurant offer. The one disadvantage is the English level.   Desperate needs of renovation and customer care training

  We booked a family holiday , four nights at this resort all inclusive the location is good and the layout and infrastructure of the resort has potential however, bedroom despite being spacious are in need of renovation specifically the bathroom, which look old and shabby as well as the bedroom that hasn’t seen any interior decorator for ages For the air conditioning system is one of back of the 1960s to top it up the service care and attention to guests has been the worst with experience in all our travel to Colombia. Customer account displayed in this hotel is far from being what you can experience anywhere else I would not recommend.
