Location was perfect. Views from the balcony were amazing. The food at the hotel was top tier! Service from the staff at the rooftop pool was exceptional. Eduardo is the best at the pool security is top notch had an amazing time with my son. The room service and house keeping staff is extremely helpful. The worst hotel experience of our lives do not waste your money

"This is definitely the worst hotel experience of our lives!! Do not waste your money.Let’s start with the price: it is way too high. More than 1 million pesos is far too much for simple, old rooms where nothing works. The TV only had 1 or 2 channels working, and the sliding door got stuck every time you moved it, which was really inconvenient, the temperature of the water in the shower will change from cold to hot really fast what makes a challenge to shower a 3 year old . Additionally, there was a party on the 10th floor of the next building going until 2 in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. They also had beam lights pointed straight at our room and music high volume. Not convenient for a family with 2 kids that needs to fly next day at 8 am . We called the front desk and they offered a temporary room on the other side of the building—definitely not a solution for a family with small kids.The buffet breakfast is mediocre, no better than a 3-star hotel on the same street. The only "extra" is the birds that steal your food if you look the other way. The birds also poop all over the buffet and even take bites straight from the serving plates. The coffee is bad, and if you want a good coffee, you have to pay an extra $8.The pool in the old section with the slide was disgusting. It was dirty, with paint peeling off the stairs of the slide and full of rust. A total hazard for our kids.In general, the staff is rude and they do not smile. For example, my wife asked for 3 towels at the towel station and they told her she could only have 2 because there were only two of us there at the moment—as if she was going to steal a towel! Really disrespectful.We asked if it was possible to peal and cut apple for our kids not that I can doit but they do have better knifes and they took the apple and forgot about it. The recreation room is just a small section in the middle of the hotel, and of course, you have to pay to use half of the stuff.Not luxury, not a great value, not quiet, We definitely do not recommend this hotel and will never come back." A wonderful vacation experience!

We have enjoyed your Hotel ?? on numerous occasions. The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The cost was a little higher than we had hoped for since we are on a fixed income, but we still managed to come because we love staying at the Hotel Américas! ??????
