    Hotel stay was good , pool has amazing view, rooms good condition, coffee in the room really good!! Gym how and machines great!!     THE BEST INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL

    The whole experience at the Intercontinental Cartagena is delightful, since the arrival at the lobby, the reception, the facilities, rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is very nice and the food and service are outstanding. View is incredible, walking distance to the beach just a few meters. I will come back to Cartagena and for sure to stay at Intercontinental.     I had an amazing stay the Intercontinental Cartagena. The staff was absolutely amazing. They all were so professional,kind & went above and beyond. Starting with Andres and Alvaro that checked me in and was so polite and helpful. The bar staff were great as well Fabion , Jesus , and Jorge. Also the ladies Khadia and Yulis. in the club lounge were so welcoming whenever we arrived . And thank you to Daniela for helping us a few dinner recommendations.     An unforgettable experience, by far the best Intercontinental stay we ever had!

    Everything at the hotel was perfect, the true definition of a 5-star luxury hotel! Starting with the professional, welcoming, and very friendly staff who never hesitated to make sure our stay became by far the most pleasant. Staff like Mrs Hammami (from guest relations) already welcomed us with a warm and personal email days before our stay and kept in contact with us, making sure everything went well throughout the 4 days we spent at the hotel; always professional, carrying a smile, and doing her best to make sure we felt most welcome. The pool bartender Jesus, was an amazing guy who made and served amazing cocktails and was always very friendly and polite to everyone, from what we have seen. Receptionists never hesitated to facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out. Cleaning was immaculate, spotless and done daily, even down to the windows of the 17th floor and higher of course.The rooms are spacious and offer an amazing view of the beautiful ocean. The pool was open and always clean, even until 10 p.m and everyone from the staff that we encountered spoke more than one language (mainly Spanish and English), which facilitated communication for us in Colombia.All these things and more comtributed to having a truly unforgettable experience for us during our stay. These are the things that make for the best InterContinental stay we ever had! Many thanks to the wonderful staff! Wish we can come back to the hotel very soon, and already looking forward to the next stay there.
