  The staff is really not very responsive. I kept saying I cant speak Spanish and every message I receive was Spanish and not helpful at all. I cant talk about the entire staff but their unhelpful - non responsive reservation department was terrible in my experience. There was an error in their system and instead of believing me, they put the blame on me 🙂 In the end, they admitted their fault, but it was too late.

  Great location, fabulous roof top bar, great service, friendly help. Yes the room is on smaller side. The bed comfy, AC worked great especially useful to get out of humid weather. We loved it here. Walking around the area we found Starbucks, Juan Valdez Cafe and many many places to eat. Try La Brioche for breakfast and check out Bocagrande Mall and eat at their Crepes and Waffles.

  I originally booked this hotel through booking.com and was contacted by them for a free upgrade one day prior to my check-in to OZ Hotel. I was unable to see any features of the hotel but the staff were welcoming and helpful in transferring us to the upgraded property.

  Easy check in, close proximity to the beach Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, traveled with friends. Choose the upgraded rooms on the 8floor. Each rooms had great views and a balcony. Rooms were spacious and clean. You’ll have to stock the mini fridge in the room.Complimentary breakfast was great.Overall experience was good I would stay here again
