  I find the hotel super cute and comfortable, however I think that in the restaurant at dinner time, there should be more staff, since two girls sometimes do not have enough with so many people and ends up neglecting the guest, to the point of standing up to the counter.   Comfortable hotel, strategically located in the industrial area of Mamonal in Cartagena

  The hotel is comfortable and close to the industrial area of Cartagena, very practical for visits to companies because it reduces travel times generated by the high traffic of the tourist area of Cartagena.   Give it a shot if youre looking for a safe, clean, modern, quiet hotel for a reasonable price

  The staff is friendly and honest. I left a dollar tip for the cleaning lady and she left it by the bed stand thinking I had forgotten it. My room is clean, the bed is firm and has good sheets on it, the AC works perfectly. The free breakfast isn't fancy but good enough. It looks like they have fresh squeezed OJ which I like. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is another story. Got some fried fish which was nasty. It had that sickly sweet street vendor flavor and was a little expensive. WIsh the hotel was closer to Manga or Boca Grande but that would drive up the cost. But other than being a ways from the Newport Beach- like section of Cartagena, the hotel is a good value and seems is safe, clean, modern, and quiet.
