    The experience has been amazing! The food, atmosphere, and staff are fantastic! Alonso and Ronald are tremendous people, and so is the lady in the lobby. Thank you, Sonesta team, for making our vacation so memorable.     The people service level it’s amazing, I feel completely satisfy and so happy to meet a lot of the staff in a short period of time, unfortunately the quality of the place still needs to have better maintenance because it looks a little low quality..
