  Good, but I’m frusted

  The Hampton Inn in Cúcuta is good. The service provided by the staff is also good. The breakfast was very good. But, we had a very unpleasant problem in the bathroom. The shower door wouldn't close, that is, there was no lock on the door, and the first day my husband went to take a shower, the entire bathroom flooded. Since it was night, the next morning I asked the receptionist to fix the door. But unfortunately they didn't do anything. I had to ask the maid every day to give me extra bath mats to prevent everything from getting wet or flooded. I was very frustrated, because in my country, USA, I always stay at this hotel chain and have never had any problems. I hope that now, with this review, they can take action.

  I visit Cucuta once a year. We always spend a week at the Hampton Inn. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant is a great option to stay in. The staff always makes us feel like family. Gabriela at the front desk is amazing. Gisel is so attentive when serving. Miguel is always fun to talk too. Thank you Hampton for making our trip so good every year.

  Perfect hotel and location

  The Hampton by Hilton provides the perfect experience for a start in cucuta.  The staff on the 11th floor reception area all provided great service at check in and breakfast and throughout by stay.  The lobby area being on the 11th floor has a nice vibe.  The rooms where very comfortable, great beds.  Personally I found the duvet too heavy so removed that and used the blanket provided.  Security 24x7 ensures entrance to the hotel is safe but not intrusively monitored.  The area is perfect as although it's a quiet street with little traffic it was perfectly located with many bars, cafes and more within a few steps. I was in cucuta five days and would not have chosen another hotel !    Breakfast is good  for a Hampton hotel , enough selection of hot and cold food including many fruits.   If  you need a pool for a day they can provide access to the pool at the holiday in.You pay 35,000 cop and this gives you access to the pool and a credit for be beverages of the same amount so a swim/snack/drink moments walk from the hotel for 10 dollars!  May I once again thank the excellent staff at the hotel.   This was the first time of me being in Cucuta and staying in a Hotel. Oh My God! What a magnificent experience... I totally loved it,. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very dark to enjoy a good night sleep; the view is great! the food availability was really good, what I loved the most is that I had the pleasure to enjoy the typical soups from Cucuta, every morning, well, I recommended to have it available every morning, there were 2 days in which they served something different, that from my perspective, was too heavy for breakfast. The personnel working there, Ohhhhhh they are beyond amazing and my words are short to describe how amicable, educated, helpful, respectful and always with a small when talking to me, willing to make your stay the best one. I count not have a better experience there. Totally worth it!
