Good hotel at the city center

It’s a beautiful hotel situated in the city Center.Taxis, shopping mall is close by.Friendly staff and good breakfast.Housekeeping is also good.One can order from room service which is quite efficient.Working knowledge of Spanish is a must but there are at least one staff who speaks English available at the hotel.

A great experience

I recently booked an extended stay at the Holiday Hotel in Cucuta S.A. Hotel is in an excellent location to Ventura shopping mall and food court and within walking distance to numerous cafes and restaurants. Hotel is clean and well maintained by friendly and delightful hard working house keeping staff members directed by Sra. Benavides. Breakfast buffet was very good with many items to choose from and the rooftop pizza restaurant and night view was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable and front desk team members, under the direction of Sra. Sirley Rios, are extremely efficient and accommodating in taking the extra steps in seeing that your needs are met. The hotel is recognized and certified by the Hotel and Tourist Association of Colombia and by IHG members. I could not have chosen a better accommodating hotel and would recommend the Holiday Hotel to travelers visiting Cucuta!

Could We Have Done Better?

Room was large and expansive, located on the 10th floor. Bathroom was modern, clean well presented.Can’t truly say I ever had what I could call a hot shower, tepid at best.Hotel pool clean, quiet and well situated.Breakfast was adequate, I have stayed in many hotels throughout the world and as far as buffet breakfasts go this one needs some refinement. This was not included in our room rate and for an additional cost this was lacking.Staff were pleasant and respectful.Location now excellent to get to all areas of the city.We also had Latin America’s version of Peter Andre filming a music video for one complete day in the hotel, not what you need when you need a bit of holiday time.

A very accessible hotel in the city Center with refurbished rooms and lavatory. Staff very polite and professional always ready for service and attentive customer service, internet service very good. Restaurant on the top is very good quality food and beverages.
