  Excellent hotel to stay. BEST BREAKFAST EVER!

  My experience was the best of the best!!! After staying at this hotel for the first time I went back after two weeks from Miami just to enjoy the excellent breakfast, the kind staff and the many restaurants and stores only steps away.I travel a lot and usually the continental breakfasts are basic. This hotel includes the best breakfast in the whole world!!! I am talking about variety, quality and fresh food! The staff is very kind, helpful, professional and they go the extra mile to help.The rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious and have air conditioner, safety deposit box, sleeping sofa, small refrigerator and much more.The location is perfect! right in the heart of Ibague. Make a request to have the driver named Jesus who will take you to the airport or any other place. He is kind and professional.The General Manager is friendly.My experience was unique!

  Dann Combeima in Ibagué

  Excellent hotel located in the centre of Ibagué. Delicious meals, comfortable rooms and professional staff . I was impressed by the lack of noise at that location in the evening hours. Hotel staff was very nice and I felt safe at the premises . Would definitely consider it on my next trip.   There’s nothing surprising about this place, I guess it is a place more suited for business rather than families. Staff members are very friendly and premises are clean, breakfast is good but prices at the restaurant are very high for lunch and dinner.   Basic but good quality for where you are

  Had a great time at this hotel. Excellent breakfast is included. I got a great price on a quality and clean hotel room. Other reviews complained about speed of the internet, but I had no issues with the internet, it was very fast. Maybe they recently upgraded or something, I don't know. I would recommend this hotel for people visiting Ibague.
