Best Hotel Stay in Columbia
15 May 2025
This was by far the best hotel experience we had in Columbia. The location is great...across the street from a large mall and one block away from a 24 hr grocery store. We kept the fan on during the evening to block out the traffic noise. The breakfast was excellent with many options and the view from breakfast was exceptional. Loved the deditos...tiny pieces of bread with warm cheese inside. The beds were great and it was a very positive hotel experience. Direccion Hotel bh Poblado, Propietario at Hotel Bh El Poblado, responded to this review Hi Bossman, thank you very much for sharing your wonderful feedback. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed your stay with us. We truly appreciate your kind comments and look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

Non Scene Policies
19 Mar 2025
Friendly staff. The issue that I encountered was the I got charged almost $100.00 for a small stain of wine on the sheet. I am a frequent traveler and this is the first time that a hotel charge me that insane amount or charge me ever for a simple little stain. From there, I was paranoid of not satin anything. This is not how you want to spend your time in a room that you pay good money for. I will never stay there again. I like to be relax on my vacation, not worried about what else I am gettin over charge for. There other great hotels in Medellin that do no have this ridiculous policy. Direccion Hotel bh Poblado, Propietario at Hotel Bh El Poblado, responded to this review Hi Joel, thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to know that you found our staff to be friendly. Regarding the charge applied, this was assessed strictly in accordance with the hotel’s established policies, which provide for charges when hotel property is permanently damaged and requires replacement. These policies are communicated to all guests. While we regret that this situation affected your perception of your stay, the charge reflects the application of our standard procedures to ensure the proper maintenance of our facilities for all guests.
